- 3:30Spoiled Rotten transforms from an innocent-looking boss into a grotesque eggplant monster.
- 4:12Splunkin and Wrecking Crew '98's ghost girl join the tour of obscure enemies.
- 6:01Yoshi's Crafted World's clowns cannot be defeated and charge when they spot the player.
- 8:44The host identifies Super Mario Galaxy 2's mysterious background figures by their "Hellvalleyskytree" label.
Infinite Bits puts on a vampire costume for the occasion, introducing himself as "Dracula Bits" before touring the stranger corners of Mario's extended family. The familiar Mad Piano isn't the main attraction here. There are less celebrated things lurking in Nintendo's back catalogue.
"Creepy Mario Enemies Nintendo Forgot About..." has reached about 240,000 views since its October 31 release. Among its finds is Grim Leecher from Yoshi's Island, which clings to Yoshi and reverses the controls. Then there's Spoiled Rotten from Wario Land 4, whose innocent-looking appearance gives way to a grotesque eggplant transformation. "Speaking of haunted fruit—that is a sentence I never thought I'd say in my life..." the host observes.
The clowns from Yoshi's Crafted World get particular attention in the comments. Viewers remember being caught off guard in "Be Afraid of the Dark," where the enemies charge at the player and cannot be defeated. Others bring their own memories of the Mad Piano springing to life. It's a discussion full of very specific childhood jump scares, rather than just a roll call of spooky character designs.
The new countdown is the channel's busiest video by daily views, drawing roughly three times the daily audience of "Busting 100 Scary Mario Myths...". That earlier upload, sponsored by Southern New Hampshire University, continues testing playground rumors and unsettling game details; the older "A Hidden "67" in Mario Odyssey?!" is also drawing viewers.
Across the channel, weekly viewing passed a million, and the subscriber count grew. Today's viewing is a little below its usual level. Among nearby gaming-commentary channels, Luke Stephens had a larger week for views, while Infinite Bits collected more weekly views than oddheader, Mystic or Zeltik with just this single new upload.
