Rudy Gobert's missed rebounds bring a Chris Finch timeout

House of Highlights' brief Bucks-Timberwolves clip passed three million views in its first day, far beyond its usual Shorts audience.

Why this story? The video opened at a pace of 3,086,097 views a day, 54 times a normal first day on this channel (57,287).

WHAT is Rudy Gobert DOING?!😭WHAT is Rudy Gobert DOING?!😭

"Rudy just needed to grab the basketball," the commentator says. Instead, Milwaukee gets another chance, then another, before scoring a floater and prompting Minnesota coach Chris Finch to call timeout.

That short sequence is the center of a fast-moving House of Highlights upload. The sports clips channel's post reached about three million views in its first day, more than fifty times its usual start for a Short.

The play unfolds through successive missed Bucks shots. Gobert fails to secure the first rebound, then misses another opportunity when the next shot comes off the rim. The broadcast cuts from the basket to Finch signaling for a stoppage, then back to Gobert holding the ball.

The comment section is unusually busy too, with some viewers comparing the swatting motion to volleyball. The clip's appeal needs little basketball explanation: the commentator identifies the simple task, and the coach's timeout supplies the reaction.

House of Highlights has also posted another Gobert clip, this time showing him practicing stepback threes before a game, followed by pleas not to shoot when an opportunity arrives.
