Gbay99's warrior has a leveling problem, but not quite the one the title suggests. In "I'm running out of time...", the pressure to reach maximum level gives way to a more awkward realization: optimizing the journey might be spoiling it.

There were no new uploads this week. Instead, that October chapter remained the channel's busiest video, approaching half a million views. It follows his no-addons, no-guides Classic WoW playthrough through dungeon groups, chicken escort quests and the occasional unhappy discovery about his mismatched armor. The video also includes a sponsored mattress segment.

The most revealing pause comes after he starts praising more efficient leveling. "Just because you made the most progress in your game doesn't mean you had the most fun," Gbay99 says. Encounters with Rexxar and Misha, and a visit to Uther's Tomb, bring the adventure back to the Warcraft III connections that helped draw him into this world.

Viewing has cooled: the channel's daily views are running at less than a third of their usual level. Subscribers nevertheless grew by about a thousand over the week. Nearby gaming channels had different rhythms, with MadSeasonShow collecting more than a million weekly views while Rimmy Downunder had a quieter week.

Gbay99's older starting point, "I Tried Classic WoW (with no nostalgia)", remains active too. Alongside "The hardest stretch of leveling in Classic WoW...", it gives this upload-free week a distinctly Azeroth-shaped reading list.
