Gary's only complaint about Marino's enormous fish supper is rather smaller than the meal: the sauce pots could do with being bigger. That makes quite a contrast with his other new upload, titled "I Ate At A Zero Hygiene Rated Takeaway... Bad Food!"
Two reviews, two very different propositions. At Marino Fish Bar in Sittingbourne, owner and chef Andy presents Cod-Zilla, billed as the world's biggest fish and chips. The £60 platter comes with curry sauce, mushy peas, pickled eggs and gherkins, and Andy explains that he created it to bring families together. Gary finds crisp, light batter and juicy cod beneath the spectacle, with takeaway containers eventually arriving for the leftovers.
That visit has reached roughly 960,000 views, making it the week's most watched new upload. In the comments, the discussion is pleasingly practical: how many people it could feed, whether sharing makes it good value, and the skill involved in frying such a large piece of fish without breaking it.
The London follow-up takes Gary to a Morley's in Acton Vale that his description says has a zero hygiene rating. It is currently adding views fastest, while his first In-N-Out visit continues to draw attention beyond its initial release.
Across the channel, daily viewing is about a third above its usual level. Subscriber growth continues, with the weekly gain broadly in line with the past month's rhythm. Among nearby food channels, Eating With Tod and Giulia Bruno had larger viewing weeks; Gary's weekly views sit third in that group. His own week, though, is best summed up by the distance between a supper worth packing up and a takeaway review whose title leaves little room for doubt.

The family sharing idea is brilliant. It would work for a bunch of mates too. The batter looks good and I thought the staff were outstanding. Lovely review Gary.
@davidcoleman757See it on YouTubeI’ve been a chef for years, it is impressive to batter a bit of fish that size, cook it with a nice colour on it.
F/C is obviously a simple dish. I find it amazing how many places be them restaurants, takeaways, mess it up.@AjellG1skywarpSee it on YouTubeAs a Northerner I have to give the Southerners that one, it's impressive. Great presentation too, wonderful to see the scraps as well.
