Edible sparklers and melting snowmen fill EYR's activity week
Three new Shorts move from chocolate-coated breadsticks to cornflour science and folded paper trees.

Bonfire Night Chocolate Sparkler Wand Activity #shorts
Breadsticks get a chocolate coat, a shower of sprinkles and a star on top in EYR's most-watched new upload. "Bonfire Night Chocolate Sparkler Wand Activity #shorts" turns the sparkler idea into a no-bake edible activity, with the finished wands gathered in a jar against a pink background. It has reached roughly 2,600 views.
The educational resources business posted three Shorts, shifting from Bonfire Night treats to Christmas preparations. Its snowman activity uses two parts cornflour to one part water to make oobleck: squeeze it and it resists, release your grip and it flows. Buttons, eyes and a carrot nose give the mixture its snowman identity, however briefly that holds together.
"Melting Snowman Oobleck STEM Activity #shorts #christmas" is now drawing the most daily views of the channel's videos. The new paper-tree origami tutorial follows, while an older firework craft, made by dropping diluted colour onto rolled-up tissue, also retains some momentum.
EYR added about 52,000 views over the week, with subscribers unchanged. Daily viewing is a little below its usual level. The scale is modest beside its enormous past science Shorts, but the new activities keep the same hands-on ingredients: something familiar, a little mess and a visible transformation.
