Putin Holds High-Level Talks With Iran's Security Chief Mohsen Rezaei at Kremlin | AC1N

No words are audible. In DRM News's footage, Vladimir Putin greets Iranian security chief Mohsen Rezaei and his delegation before the two sides sit opposite each other at a large oval table in the Kremlin.

Rezaei, wearing military uniform, has served as secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council since August. Putin shakes hands along the Iranian delegation's receiving line, then takes his seat and looks over his notes. He appears to begin speaking, but the clip carries no audible remarks from either side: it shows the meeting's opening, not the substance of the talks.

The short upload reached about 82,000 views in its first 13 hours, an unusually fast start for DRM News's Shorts. It comes as the channel's daily views across all uploads are running at more than four times their usual level.

The footage ends with a wide view of the delegations seated across from one another, without showing any announcement or agreement.
