What do ContraPoints viewers watch when Natalie Wynn has nothing new out? The long essays, as it turns out. No upload arrived this week, so the channel ran entirely on what was already there.

"Conspiracy | ContraPoints" is doing the most work. It went up roughly a year and a half ago, has passed five million views, and still draws a steady few thousand a day. "Twilight | ContraPoints" is close behind. That one is her deep dive into the vampire saga and has the biggest total of the three. "Saw | ContraPoints" is the youngest, about seven months old. It looks at the horror franchise and has already cleared two million views.

Overall the channel moved a little below its usual daily pace, and the subscriber count held level. Across the political commentary channels around her size, most had a softer stretch too, HasanAbi, The Bulwark and Occupy Democrats among them.
