Toy flip phones get a skeptical reception from Maki: "Oh my god, this is old." They are nevertheless the right equipment for BuzzFeed Celeb's &TEAM hotline, where fan questions turn a group interview into wolf howls, career day and a dance-off.

The Phone A Fangirl episode was the week's most-watched new upload, drawing about 350,000 views. Hosts Joyce and Lindsay ask the nine members to assign themselves werewolf-pack roles before opening the calls. The alternate-career question produces architects, carpenters, chefs and photographers; later, Taki meets his snack-name counterpart. Viewers keep returning to that Takis wordplay, Harua using Maki as an English interpreter, and the thrill of hearing their own question make the show.

Across the channel, the week added roughly 3.9 million views while subscribers stayed unchanged. Daily viewing is running above its usual level. Among nearby television and entertainment channels, Bravo had a similar viewing week, while Peacock had a much larger one.

PLAVE supplied another installment of Phone A Fangirl wake-up calls, extending a week in which celebrity access came with deliberately unserious assignments.
