Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

Angel Reese is usually the person people recognize. In B/R W Sports' most watched upload this week, she's the one getting excited about Olivia Rodrigo, the singer behind "drivers license" and "good 4 u." The clip has passed 100,000 views.

The comments add a second celebrity reference: viewers compare Rhyne Howard's response to Reese with Howard's own excitement over Queen Latifah. Others ask where Rodrigo is in the clip or who she is. It's a small pop-culture crossover amid a decidedly basketball-heavy week.

Across 15 uploads, Bleacher Report's women's sports channel also featured Reese's reaction to a technical foul and A'ja Wilson's remarks after a Game 3 loss. Natalie Nakase provides a thread between two posts: Wilson praises the Valkyries head coach, while a separate Reese-Nakase clip traces their connection from a FIBA championship together to opposing sides in the WNBA Finals.

That shared-history post is among the channel's strongest daily draws right now. The biggest is newer and leaves basketball behind: "Angel Reese Throws Dime During Sunday Night Football," credited to Yahoo Sports, shows off her throwing arm. A fresh Angel-Jonquel exchange is also gathering views.

The channel added about 2.1 million views and gained subscribers over the week, although today's viewing is well below its usual daily level. Nearby sports channels POSTERISED and New York Post Sports had larger weekly view gains. For B/R W Sports, Reese supplied both the week's celebrity detour and its busiest new football crossover.
