'Gen Z wants Millennials to Retire' nears a million for B Mo the Prince
Brian Moller posted nothing new, and a 19-day-old generational sketch did most of the work on his channel.
Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.
Gen Z wants Millennials to Retire
No new uploads from Brian Moller this week, so the channel ran on its September sketches, and one of them is close to a round number. "Gen Z wants Millennials to Retire," posted 19 days ago, sits just short of a million views and is still drawing far more each day than anything else he has made lately.
It fits the lane his about text promises ("Get in loser! We're going laughing!", a nod to Mean Girls) and the one his recent titles keep returning to: the generations poking at each other. Behind it, "Gen Alpha learns about 8 Track" is a little older and gathers views at a gentler pace, while "AI Research Papers" has passed 600,000 in two weeks.
The pause shows in the totals. The channel's daily views are running at roughly a third of their usual level, subscribers held flat at 772,000, and among comedy sketch channels of a similar size he added the fewest views over the seven days. Most of that group is below its own normal pace too, including Tyler Warwick and North Valley Group; Stevie Knows is the exception, running well above usual, and Kountry Wayne and Biggy Bailey keep drawing millions of views a day.
The 8-track joke, meanwhile, is one only a sketch about Gen Alpha could make: a format most of his viewers have never held, explained to someone younger still.
