A haunted inn and November arrivals fill Apple TV's week

The lineup stretches from a two-hour Widow's Bay soundscape to a Dark Matter finale podcast with Alice Braga and Dayo Okeniyi.

Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

Check-in lasts two hours. Apple TV's new visit to the Breakwater Inn offers haunted ambience and a few promised surprises, a rather different invitation from the trailers and cast conversations surrounding it.

The Widow's Bay upload was part of a fifteen-video week whose biggest draw was "Way of the Warrior Kid — Official Trailer | Apple TV". It has reached roughly 4.5 million views. Chris Pratt's Uncle Jake introduces his nephew Marc to early starts, exercise and Brazilian jiu-jitsu, but answers his request for fighting lessons with a different principle: "Fighting people isn't the answer." Readers of Jocko Willink's book are discussing watching the adaptation with their children, while other viewers make Karate Kid comparisons.

Beyond that trailer, the week made room for people already deep into a series. "Dark Matter — The Official Podcast: Episode 210 | Apple TV" brings Alice Braga and Dayo Okeniyi into a season-finale conversation about Amanda, Leighton's alternate selves and how the action came together. Nocturne, starring Liev Schreiber, Zazie Beetz and Stephen Graham, supplied its opening title sequence.

The channel added 10,000 subscribers, with daily viewing a little above its usual level. Among nearby television and streaming channels, Paramount Plus and E! News drew larger weekly audiences; CBS had a quieter week.

Apple TV's strongest current draws include the Warrior Kid trailer, the new November preview and October's "12 12 12 — Official Trailer | Apple TV". The preview gives that attention somewhere concrete to go: Stick returns on November 4, Awkwafina's culinary road trip follows on November 6, and Being Heumann joins the Mackie-Dornan heist drama on November 13.
