A law firm bit with Fir in Alpharad's 'terrible liars' Among Us
The week's only upload, a modded Among Us lobby with Jaiden Animations among the players, passed 150,000 views in its first day.

Story of Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.
Among Us, but we're terrible liars...
Alpharad LIVE posted exactly one video over the week, and it did the work of several. "Among Us, but we're terrible liars..." went up on October 6 and drew around 150,000 views in its first 24 hours. That is far above the channel's usual daily total, which runs closer to 45,000.
This is the archive channel for Alpharad's streams, and Among Us with mods is its steady diet: custom roles, odd rules, a lobby of creator friends. The tags point to Jaiden Animations, the animator known for her storytime videos, and to Giwi. In the comments, though, the name that keeps coming up is Fir. Viewers can't stop talking about a running bit where Fir and Alpharad pretend to be a law firm, and several ask for more of it. Others point to a moment near the 23-minute mark where a player vows to find the culprit and then dies on the spot. There is also a rare winning round for Alpharad as the jester, the role whose whole aim is to get voted out.
Some viewers say they had been working through older Mongy Monday episodes when this one arrived. That fits the rest of the list: "Among Us, but roles are messed up" from August and "Modding Vampires into Among Us" from the spring are still drawing a few thousand views a day each.
Outside the new upload, the channel ran slower than usual, and subscribers held at 484,000. Among the streamer channels near its size, most were below their usual pace too. Asmongold Shorts and Legendary Drops still drew crowds in the millions, while Ned Luke came down from a much busier stretch.
