Funniest Halloween Jump Scares 🎃 #afv #pranks #halloween

AFV Shorts' Halloween jump-scare compilation has drawn about 810,000 views in fourteen hours, far beyond the channel's usual start for a Short.

Among its rapid-fire escapes is a young trick-or-treater who runs from a costumed character, then turns back to praise the costume. Getting away and being polite apparently need not be mutually exclusive.

This is a collection of home-video pranks and reactions from America's Funniest Home Videos, not a scripted horror story. The hiding places range from a bedroom closet to the space outside an office window. A car wash supplies a red-devil-masked performer at the driver's window; a front porch has someone disguised as a bush.

The comments also pick up on the would-be scarers. Several viewers discuss Ghostface stumbling around, while others single out two people trying to frighten each other and getting caught in the act.

Even checking on someone resting in bed becomes a setup: a woman pulls back a blanket and finds a mask waiting underneath.
