The baby gear was still in the attic when TiffyQuake began feeling regular contractions. In "I went into LABOR at 34 Weeks...", she and Mario unpack and clean the equipment they had expected to need weeks later.

Posted on October 31, the vlog documents events beginning October 1, rather than a birth happening this week. It follows TiffyQuake into the hospital, through her decision to have a Cesarean section and into recovery. "Decided it's just the safer route for us to go with the cesarean," she says. Later, she explains the medical consultations behind that choice and describes the difficulty of leaving the hospital differently from how she had imagined.

Home brings practical complications, too: a couch becomes her recovery setup, and a leaking water heater needs attention. Mario repairs it after looking up a tutorial. That small domestic interruption sits alongside a much more personal account of surgery and healing.

The vlog reached about 74,000 views in its opening day and a half, making it the week's most-watched upload and the channel's strongest source of viewing momentum. The other two posts shared the gender reveal, with "We've been keeping this secret...GENDER REVEAL 🩷💙" documenting an intimate, bedazzled belly photoshoot after the couple decided not to wait until the birth.

Subscribers held steady, while daily channel views are running at roughly two and a half times their usual level. For TiffyQuake, the week's attention is concentrated on this detailed account of an arrival she had expected to prepare for much longer.
