Plywood walls, a mesh roof and a hefty vacuum turn a dump trailer into That Lawn Dude's answer to a driveway full of leaves. But the builder isn't pretending he's finished refining it.
"And to be honest, this leaf box right here is not perfect; there's some things I don't like about it," he says, offering a future video about improvements.
The Short has already drawn about 42,000 views in twelve hours, comfortably beyond the roughly 6,500 his Shorts usually receive over a full first day. For a channel whose most-watched long videos include mowing Rick Ross' sprawling estate, this is a more workaday attraction: assembling the equipment that gets the fall cleanup done.
The crew builds up the trailer's sides and rear enclosure, then a tractor brings over the debris loader on a pallet. Workers lift it onto the rear door. A mesh tarp covers the box, containing debris while allowing air to escape. Finally, the hose gets to work on a pile of leaves.
That admission about the design gives viewers something specific to discuss. One asks whether rebuilding would improve productivity, reduce costs or simply make assembly quicker. Others suggest pressure-treated plywood or moving the motor to the front to simplify dumping. Another wants to know how much leaf-removal work it takes to pay for the setup.

What viewers say
I'm interested in what you'd change. I think what you got now is pretty efficient. Would the rebuild increase yield? Increase Efficiency or productivity? Lower costs? Be quicker to build? It would have to be a pretty big change in one or more of those to even consider taking the time/ money to rebuild.

So serious question. Its a day of labor plus materials, and a sucker, and breaking down when done, at what point do you turn a profit? I could never make numbers work againts the costs. How many times you gotta fill the box in 4 weeks and dump to pay for all that?
