Story missions are supposed to give players an objective. In Stodeh's most-watched new Short, the question is who else gets sent into the lobby with them.

In "THIS is why there was no PvP in DMZ!", he explains that story-mission players had been matched with others doing story missions, creating a comparatively safe route for collecting loot. He says a quiet matchmaking change then put everyone together, regardless of mission status. His commentary runs over rooftop combat and a hallway encounter, so the explanation comes with rather immediate illustrations.

The comments complicate the picture. Viewers describe being attacked mid-mission and finding players waiting at extraction points, while several ask whether the matchmaking change has already been reversed. Those are questions from players, rather than confirmation of another update.

The longer gameplay uploads have their own patch notes to work through. "DMZ got ANOTHER New Update.." tackles weakened UAV towers and drew around 44,000 views in its first day. Elsewhere, Stodeh tests the Possum perk changes and takes rare keys into "GUARANTEED Red Loot in DMZ..".

Daily viewing is now roughly twice his usual level, although the subscriber total slipped slightly over the week. The strongest current momentum belongs to "DMZ Missions are getting HARDER..", with the older "I just LOST an operator in DMZ!" also drawing substantial attention.

WARDOGS hasn't disappeared from the schedule, either. Its waiting-room stream points towards a November 12 wipe, which Stodeh's description says is arriving earlier because of Season 2's imbalance.
