Simplilearn's "Microsoft Power BI Full Course 2026 | Microsoft Power BI PL-300 Certification Training | Simplilearn" went up on October 5 and had nearly 18,000 views eight hours later. A long course on this channel usually ends its whole first day near 2,500.
The course runs past an hour and a half and is built around PL-300, Microsoft's Power BI Data Analyst certification. The description lays out the path: connecting to data sources, cleaning messy tables in Power Query, arranging them into a star schema, then writing DAX, the formula language behind calculated columns and measures. After that come dashboards, publishing through Power BI Service, row-level security (so each viewer sees only their own slice of the data), the tool's AI features and a set of real-world dashboard projects. It ends with interview preparation.
The rest of that day's uploads had a much quieter start. A companion video, "How to Use AI in Microsoft Power BI?", stayed in the low thousands, and so did a search engine marketing tutorial, a project risk explainer and two shorts on agentic AI. The fast start also came while the channel as a whole is drawing only about half its usual daily views.
