Ranking Top 6 Snake Moments🫢
Snakes, chickens, octopuses, bugs, carnivorous plants and cats squaring off against a fake knife: Pawesome Ranks, a clips channel that strings other people's animal footage into countdowns with its own captions and sound effects, put six new rankings up this week, one creature at a time.
The one doing the most work is "Ranking Top 6 Snake Moments🫢", past four million views in four days. Its comment section has settled on two moments. One is a clip where someone shouts about a dinosaur and roars, which viewers keep repeating back. The other is the final entry: comment after comment admits the last snake made them jump, one viewer at three in the morning. Another confesses to mistaking something in number five for real ice cream.
The chicken ranking took the slow road. It barely stirred on its first day, then kept climbing and has passed three million. The carnivorous plant video went the other way, crossing a million within its first day.
The pace has eased from the channel's usual, yet it still added about 68,000 subscribers in seven days and nearly 94 million views, more views than any similar-sized pets and animals channel this week. Rufus Goodboy was the next busiest, while Cesar Millan's Dog Whisperer channel sits at a round million subscribers. Two weeks after alligators and dogs-versus-vegetables both passed ten million, as we reported here, the countdown formula keeps finding new animals to rank.
