My Longest Geometry Dash Grind EVER

npesta describes reaching a point when he could no longer bear to look at the grind. Getting it into a finished video became another undertaking altogether, one he says others helped bring over the line.

The result is "My Longest Geometry Dash Grind EVER," posted October 28. It has reached roughly 190,000 views, arriving as daily views across the channel climb to nearly seven times their usual pace.

The level at its center is CaveOfTheScarletSky by MadisonYuko. In the description, npesta sets out the contrast that made the experience so difficult to convey: his hours of work stretched across a year, while another player's first completion took less time than this video's runtime. This isn't just a collection of attempts, in his telling, but conversations and long stretches spent waiting for a turning point.

He also makes clear that finishing the upload wasn't a solo effort. The description credits a long list of contributors and says others picked up the pieces when he struggled to return to it. "We weren't sure if it would ever see the light of day," he writes.

For a channel whose most-watched regular upload is the 2019 Kenos verification, the subject is familiar: a demanding Geometry Dash level and the person trying to finish it. Here, npesta puts the time between attempts at the center of the story.
