Edward barely has to do anything to land a CIA job. Nathan Doan Comedy, meanwhile, posted seven videos this week, with the accidental-superpower sketch reaching nearly 15 million views.

In "When You Do Nothing But Get ALL the credit #skit #comedy #relatable", Doan plays everyone from banana-eating Edward to the agent trying to recruit him. A discarded peel and an ill-fated greeting build a reputation Edward never intended to earn. Then the conversation turns to pay, and his apparently supernatural abilities become rather more responsive. Viewers are picking up on that sudden mastery once money enters the picture, with several comparing him to a walking Death Note.

The week's other substantial draw was "How People Be Acting When the Item Is Limited #skit #relatable #pokemon #starbucks". The limited-item comedy remains among the channel's fastest-moving uploads, alongside Edward's adventure and the previous week's "That One Friend You Shouldn't Have Invited Over #skit #relatable #comedy". The gamer discovering that having a life makes him officially washed also passed a million views.

The channel added 80,000 subscribers over the week, while daily views are currently about half again their usual level. Michael Storen also had a particularly busy week among nearby sketch channels; Lyanna Kea's daily viewing is running well above her usual level. For Nathan Doan Comedy, the momentum stretches beyond the newest joke: that unwelcome-friend sketch is continuing to attract hundreds of thousands of views a day.
