He already has a truck. To Shannon, Luisi's fictional game-show winner, that seems like a perfectly sensible reason to turn down a brand-new Ram TRX. Her boyfriend, watching from home, has a rather important correction.

"I don't have a TRX, man! I just got a normal, base-model, freaking Ram, man!" he shouts at the television.

The sketch drew roughly 72,000 views in its first day, against about 8,000 for Luisi's usual Short. It brings his car-obsessed character comedy into a game-show setting, where knowing too little about the prize is the entire problem.

Luisi plays all three parts: the gray-turtlenecked host, Shannon in a long wig, and the boyfriend whose celebration abruptly becomes a helpless argument with his TV. Shannon isn't trying to upset him. She thinks she's making a practical decision on his behalf, which gives his increasingly frantic corrections nowhere to land.

The host then produces a backup prize, a Ford Raptor R, and the boyfriend's enthusiasm returns. Unfortunately, Shannon also remembers his opinions about Fords. Knowing a little about your partner's truck preferences turns out to be the sketch's most dangerous qualification.
