Lily Pebbles wants to change the living room, but the biggest decision is already covering the walls. In "All the Things I Want to Change in Our House | Weekly Vlog", she weighs repainting the dark blue or finding ways to work around it. The sofa, curtains, fireplace shelf and mirror all enter the conversation.
The most-watched of her five uploads this week, the vlog has reached roughly 59,000 views. Its decorating questions have carried straight into the comments: viewers repeatedly suggest painting before buying furniture, while others propose sofa covers or saving a new sofa purchase for a future home. It is a very specific kind of audience participation, with rollers practically at the ready.
There are smaller domestic negotiations too. Lily wants to frame an illustrated menu from La Colombe d'Or in Saint-Paul-de-Vence, but a call about scanning and printing brings an unexpectedly expensive answer. A Dunelm frame hunt becomes a rethink rather than a finished bedroom reveal.
Elsewhere, "An IKEA Hack That Actually Looks Expensive" keeps the home theme going, alongside uploads about ghostwriting and hosting. The newest arrival, "What did I buy??", now has the strongest daily viewing momentum, followed by the house vlog and the IKEA upload.
Subscribers held steady, while daily views are running above Lily's usual pace. Nearby shopping and lifestyle channels show a mixed picture: Amelia Liana and Jessica Braun are also above their normal daily viewing, while The Shopping Expert is quieter than usual.
Lily also slips in a January collaboration with Hannah, with one firm clarification: "It's not a podcast. Sorry to burst your bubble."

Paint! We just paint ourselves. Sure not as perfect as a professional but is absolutely fine and so cheap. I'd rather have a colour I liked that wasnt 100% perfect than an 100% perfect colour I didn't like 😅
@ClareElizabeth97See it on YouTubePainting is the most satisfying reset for a room. I agree with another who said get a second hand sofa and save a new one for a new home. You won’t be stuck with a pricey piece that may not go with a new place or color scheme.
@Mm47-HSee it on YouTubeI actually think built-in furniture looks a lot better than putting in a separate piece of furniture.

Getting the room repainted will be worth it even if you’re there for only a few more years. Think it would make a massive difference and don’t think the other changes you make will satisfy you if the main thing you don’t love does not change.
@zcbtamuSee it on YouTubePaint- it’s not that hard. A total game changer. You won’t regret it! X
