Chaos mode, an Evo Electro Giant and a modifier Ken won't pick

Ken's newest Clash Royale video, "what have they done," passed 600,000 views in under two days, and its comments are a running list of the modifiers he skipped.

Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

Nine uploads, all Clash Royale. Ken spent the week working through the game's new season card by card, with titles as short and lowercase as ever: "Hero Electro Wizard," "Evo Electro Giant," "double champions is fair" and "dear god."

The most watched of them is "what have they done," a chaos mode session where each match offers modifiers to choose from. It passed half a million views on its first day, and its comment section has turned into a gentle roast of his choices. The most liked comments point out that he reads a modifier aloud, then seems surprised when his opponent plays exactly that card. Many are puzzled by his steady refusal to take the purple Electro Dragon option. Others list timestamps for the moments they enjoyed most, including one where he takes out the Miner that was healing his own tower.

The week's six best-watched videos all sit within a narrow band, each somewhere between about 540,000 and 620,000 views, which says a lot about how reliably this audience turns up. The newest upload, "queen is ridiculous," passed 360,000 views within a day.

The channel as a whole ran well above its usual daily pace, adding more than six million views over seven days. Among the strategy and simulation channels of a similar size, nobody else came close to that. Oxhorn and ambiguousamphibian had solid weeks of their own, and PhlyDaily ran noticeably above its normal level. TheJWittz was on the quiet side.
