We’ve Lost Another Dad | Paul Smith LIVE at Hot Water Comedy Club

Fifteen uploads gave Hot Water Comedy Club plenty of stage time to share, with Paul Smith's audience conversations drawing the largest crowds online. The channel added roughly 9,000 subscribers over the week, even as its daily viewing pace eased below usual.

"We've Lost Another Dad | Paul Smith LIVE at Hot Water Comedy Club" is the week's most-watched new upload, passing a quarter of a million views. Its starting point is wonderfully economical: a woman, some empty seats and companions taking their time at the bar. Smith turns their absence into an imaginary family introduction, then a joke about a partner deciding not to return. Viewers keep asking the practical question the routine leaves hanging: did the missing companions ever appear?

That clip also has the channel's strongest daily momentum. "Rehab Support Worker | Paul Smith LIVE at Hot Water Comedy Club" is close in total views, while "Mencap | Paul Smith LIVE at Hot Water Comedy Club" completes the trio currently attracting the most daily viewing.

There is more than Smith on the bill. Rob Thomas appears in "Lazy Alcoholic | Rob Thomas LIVE at Hot Water Comedy Club", Phil Chapman in "Is He Alive?! | Phil Chapman LIVE at Hot Water Comedy Club", and Simon Wozniak in "Comedian Gets Humbled | Simon Wozniak LIVE at Hot Water Comedy Club". Those uploads give the week's selection a broader cast, though Smith's front-row exchanges account for its biggest new audiences.
