DrDonut Clips finds a boat with far too many oars

The week's biggest new upload turns Minecraft boating into airborne travel and pufferfish propulsion.

Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

minecraft insane boat mod

DrDonut calls the extra oars "arms," which is understandable when the boat starts behaving less like a boat and more like an elaborate flying contraption.

In "minecraft insane boat mod," he reacts to gameplay showing wider oars, flapping flight and crafting recipes that join boats horizontally and vertically. An absurdly long craft climbs into the sky; later, pufferfish buckets provide propulsion. "Oh my gosh, I want this mod," he says. Viewers are asking what it is called, while his choice of the word "arms" has become its own running joke.

That reaction was the most watched of fifteen uploads on DrDonut Clips this week, reaching roughly 315,000 views. This is DrDonut's stream-highlights channel, owned by him but clipped, edited and posted by others. Other new selections included "bro didn't even hear it," "fastest reaction time" and "bro crashed his server."

The boat clip also has the strongest daily momentum, with the older "minecraft building" next among the channel's busiest uploads. Across the whole archive, the week brought about 62 million views and continued subscriber growth. Daily viewing is currently less than half its usual level, though, so a substantial week and a slower present pace sit side by side.

Among the nearby streamer and highlights channels, DrDonut Clips had the largest weekly views gain. Asmongold Clips also drew a substantial weekly audience, while Nadeshot's subscriber count held steady. For DrDonut Clips, the newest attraction is rather simpler than a server economy or an impossible challenge: seeing just how many oars one boat can acquire.
