CHOVY & INSPIRED MEET AGAIN IN THE WORLDS QUARTERFINALS 2026

Berserker and Isles give Caedrel a reason to shout almost as soon as the action begins. LYON's bottom-lane pair takes first blood against Gen.G's Duro, briefly giving an intimidating Worlds quarter-final the feel of a possible upset.

"Leona dead level one! Are you kidding?" Caedrel says. His watch-along drew roughly 416,000 views since yesterday, with the opening game supplying a sharp contrast between LYON's promise in bottom lane and its problems at the top.

Before champion select, his assessment is blunt: "For Lyon to win this, there needs to be an underperformance from Gen.G." He then annotates the tournament broadcast, working through picks and counters before seeing how those ideas survive contact with the opposing team.

Berserker's Ezreal builds a substantial gold advantage. Inspired secures the Voidgrubs, another useful objective for LYON. But a contested dragon goes to Canyon, and Kiin's Olaf becomes increasingly difficult to contain as Gen.G repeatedly targets Dhokla in top lane.

That split is the useful thread in Caedrel's commentary: a promising position for one player does not necessarily give the whole team a route to victory. His attention moves from excitement over Berserker to the growing cost of the top-lane deficit.

By the closing stretch of the opening game, Caedrel is already considering draft changes for the next one. The title foregrounds Chovy and Inspired meeting again; the early story on the Rift belongs just as much to Berserker's opportunity and Kiin's answer.
