Benjamin Netanyahu uses his first address after Israel's exit polls to challenge the television channels whose pre-election forecasts, he says, underestimated . But he also acknowledges that the official count is not complete.

The speech, broadcast by Israel's Channel 14 (C14), shows the prime minister addressing supporters at Likud campaign headquarters. The upload is titled "לאחר תוצאות המדגם: רה"מ נתניהו בהצהרה ראשונה", meaning "Prime Minister Netanyahu makes first statement after exit poll results."

Netanyahu thanks party activists and candidates before turning to the military. He praises Israeli soldiers and recounts operations against Iran and other enemies, asserting that Iran is weaker and Israel stronger than ever. He highlights his work with US President Donald Trump and says the mission to dismantle the Iranian threat remains unfinished.

Returning to the election, Netanyahu presents Likud as unequivocally Israel's largest party. His broader majority claim is more qualified: he says the right-wing bloc has a decisive majority among what he calls the Zionist public. That is not the same as demonstrating a parliamentary majority, which depends on support in the Knesset.

He calls for a broad, strong right-wing national government and warns against an alternative dependent on Arab parties he describes as anti-Zionist. The speech offers an appeal for political alignment rather than an agreed coalition arrangement.

Later, Netanyahu portrays investigations against him as an effort to bring down the right. He recalls visits to wounded soldiers and to the Western Wall in Jerusalem, presenting Israel as facing a historic opportunity.

The address closes with thanks to his wife Sara, his sons Yair and Avner, his coalition partners and God, followed by a scriptural quotation.
