What if the man made of wicker is the one setting a sensible standard for marriage? Amanda the Jedi finds a surprisingly gentle romance beneath the suggestive title of "50 Shades of WICKER | Explained," which has drawn roughly 183,000 views.

Olivia Colman plays an outcast Fisherwoman who commissions a husband from Peter Dinklage's Basketmaker. Alexander Skarsgård's Wicker Man then confounds the village by being devoted, considerate and quite happy with his wife. Amanda's verdict on the tone comes early: "It's way more of a comedy than it is 50 Shades of Wicker..." Her review follows the town's jealousy while examining the difference between creating a companion and controlling someone with a will of his own.

The upload includes a sponsored privacy-service segment, followed by a clearly marked, extensive spoiler recap. In the comments, viewers pick up that question of autonomy, debating why the Wicker Man chooses the Fisherwoman. Others point to quieter visual storytelling: a healing cut, a dress made and later worn, costumes that explain characters without dialogue.

Wicker is currently Amanda's busiest video, with the previous week's Clayface review and her book-and-film breakdown of Verity also carrying momentum. The latter is approaching 850,000 views, bonus-chapter analysis included.

Subscriber growth was modest but positive, and daily viewing sits slightly above Amanda's usual level. Among nearby film-commentary channels, 3C Films is having a notably busier viewing spell, while Pretty Much It is close to its normal pace. Amanda's own week rests on a single new film discussion, with an unexpectedly tender wicker husband at its center.
