"Bite Back" gets an animated mouth from The All-American Rejects

Ruby Angela of killr Studio supplies the animation, while four other uploads introduce the band's round-the-clock station.

Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

The All-American Rejects - Bite Back (Lyric Video)

The All-American Rejects had one of the busier weeks among nearby rock channels, adding about 2.8 million views. Queens Of The Stone Age had a larger weekly gain, while DragonForce and John Fogerty had quieter weeks by that measure.

The new upload with the most attention was "The All-American Rejects - Bite Back (Lyric Video)", reaching roughly 30,000 views. Animated by Ruby Angela of killr Studio, it gives the song a mouth of its own: handwritten words appear inside line-art lips, then multiply through shifting colors and collage textures. An extended instrumental passage sends distorted mouth outlines across red, yellow and blue backgrounds. No band members appear on screen.

The comments make an interesting companion to last month's "Eyelash Wishes" lyric video. Viewers mention the two songs together, recall discovering Move Along and trade memories of high school in the mid-2000s. Others point out that a newly posted video doesn't necessarily mean a newly recorded song. It's a conversation about rediscovery as much as release day.

The week's other four uploads revolve around the band's new round-the-clock station, with titles nodding to "Time Stands Still" and "Move Along". "Bite Back" currently draws the most daily views among the listed momentum videos, followed by two of those station posts.

Subscriber numbers held steady over the week, and daily channel viewing is below its usual level. The new lyric animation gives this stretch its most distinctive addition: a song presented entirely through restless, hand-drawn mouths.
