Ajaokesur takes big javelin boasts onto the track

Six new Shorts mix throwing contests, parkour mishaps and a football-themed burst of power.

How far can they actually throw? Ajaokesur's most-watched new Short puts that question to four very confident people on a stadium track, then lets the distance labels do the comic work.

This is a staged comedy sketch, not a record-breaking athletics meet. The first thrower's promised distance shrinks to a fraction of her boast; another contestant announces an even grander ambition. The final participant promises to throw farther than everyone else combined. Her attempt supplies the punchline.

The javelin sketch has reached about 64,000 views and is also the channel's busiest upload right now. Throwing returned in Monday's upload about a boy boasting he could easily manage seventy meters, though that Short has drawn a much smaller audience. Elsewhere, the week's parkour titles involve a Monkey King fail, a grandmother and a misunderstood attempt to help with an open window.

That window-themed upload is gathering the next-most daily views, while October's online parkour-teacher Short remains active in the archive. Athletic comedy has plenty of company here: the channel's most-watched Shorts also include Spanish-titled pet stories.

Ajaokesur added about 17,000 subscribers over the week, so its audience is growing, even as today's viewing runs far below its usual daily level. Among nearby animal-channel peers, WeRateDogs and Rufus Goodboy had particularly busy weeks. For Ajaokesur, the freshest activity is happening on the track and around the parkour obstacles.
