"I got you," the deputy tells the woman before carrying her through deep floodwater on his back. AccuWeather's most watched new upload finds its human detail in that straightforward reassurance: another rescuer stays alongside as they move away from the house.

The location needs a clarification. Although the title reads "Older Florida Woman Rescued From Deep Floodwater by Sheriff's Deputy", both the description and the footage's on-screen label place the rescue in . The recording is dated November 1 and credited to Jef Funch via Storyful. It has passed a million views and is also the channel's busiest individual video right now.

Flooding runs through much of AccuWeather's fifteen-upload week. In Pagosa Springs, Colorado, a house swept down the San Juan River strikes a bridge, another perspective on the flooding we reported here. Elsewhere, the channel shows submerged beehives in Sorrento, Florida, a couple rescued from a truck in , Arizona, and volunteers using ropes and inflatable boats to reach stranded horses in Argentina.

The house swept downriver and the Florida school-route footage are the next most active uploads behind the Cornville rescue. Across the channel, weekly viewing reached roughly 17 million views, while subscribers continued to grow. Daily viewing is now approaching twice its usual level.

Among nearby-sized broadcasters, 7NEWS Australia is also having a busy spell, while ITV News and CBC News: The National are running below their usual daily viewing levels. AccuWeather's own week has been defined less by forecasts than by what rising water means at a doorstep, beside a road or inside a bee farm.
