⚡️Маск ОБУРИВ Україну ДИКОЮ ЗАЯВОЮ! #shorts
Elon Musk believes SpaceX made a mistake by giving Ukraine thousands of free Starlink terminals at the start of Russia's full-scale invasion, according to Ukraine's Channel 24 (24 Канал).
The brief report also says a Starshield contract for Ukraine expires next year and that Kyiv is calling for negotiations with the United States to begin now. It does not announce a service cutoff or say that the contract will not be renewed.
Starlink provides internet access through satellites, with ground terminals connecting users to the network. Starshield is SpaceX's separate offering designed for government use, making the bulletin's contract claim distinct from its account of the original terminal donations.
The Short consists of a static collage showing Musk, an American flag and satellites, accompanied by music and Ukrainian text. It contains no spoken remarks or recording of Musk making the statement, and does not identify when or where he expressed the position attributed to him. Its practical focus is Kyiv's reported request to address the contract before it expires.
