Russia used about 350 Banderol and Dan-T munitions over a month, Ukrainian Air Force spokesman Yurii Ihnat said, according to a brief update from Ukraine's Channel 24 (24 Канал).
The on-screen report attributes the count to Ihnat and says those weapons were used roughly a tenth as often as jet-powered drones. It does not specify the dates covered by the monthly tally or provide a breakdown between Banderol and Dan-T.
According to the update, Ihnat classifies these weapons, including the S-8000 Banderol, as missile-drone hybrids or loitering munitions launched from airborne platforms. The distinction concerns the types of weapons Russia is deploying, rather than an announcement of a particular strike or interception.
The Short, titled "⚡У Повітряних Cилах звернулись до українців #shorts" ("Air force addresses Ukrainians"), displays a still photograph of Ihnat beside the text. There is no spoken statement or attack footage, only background music.
Ukraine’s air force and one of the eight branches of its armed forces. Its current structure dates to a 2004 merger with the Ukrainian Air Defence Forces.
