YoMamaJenny's piano duo asks who carried "Take #17"

Angelo's piano playing and Mariah's rapid vocals give viewers two different answers, following an earlier blooper clip.

I hit em with a little bit a rhythm! 🤣 @y@yoangelolo@YoM@YoMariah #piano #music #musician #newmusic

Angelo starts at the upright piano; Mariah joins from behind the bench, dancing and matching the rapid-fire vocals. A camera on a tripod stands in front of them, and the caption supplies the question: "Take #17: who carried this one?"

The short performance on YoMamaJenny has drawn about 700,000 views in its opening day, far beyond the family channel's usual start for a Short. The comments arrived almost five times as fast as usual, too.

Viewers are dividing up the musical credit rather than settling on one performer. Several point to Angelo's piano accompaniment and Mariah's singing, while others hear the speedy delivery as closer to rap. Both perform vocals in the clip, with Angelo keeping the rhythmic chords going underneath.

The setup has a familiar companion on the channel: an earlier blooper upload featuring the same pair at the piano. That clip made the failed flourish the joke, as we reported here. This time, the performance itself supplies the action: Mariah moves behind the bench while the pair synchronize their lines and look toward the camera.
