Wyful finds a useful way out of trouble: stretch across the Fortnite map before the enemies and storm catch up. His Gum-Gum Fruit transformation supplies the escape route, turning him into One Piece's Luffy during a livestream replay that has drawn roughly 1.5 million views since yesterday.
On Wyful Shorts, "BEST FORTNITE UPDATE!! (LET'S PLAY)" mixes those in-game discoveries with a much smaller-scale negotiation beside the screen. Young co-host Theo wants his turn. Wyful insists on finishing his own game first.
The update gives him plenty to experiment with. Early in combat, he discovers that his equipped swords can deflect bullets. Later, consuming the Gum-Gum Fruit changes both his character and his options for getting around, with a stretch launch becoming particularly handy under pressure.
Theo supplies another kind of challenge, testing Wyful on his favorite number and foods while the match continues. He also briefly heads off to fetch a new Pokémon card for the camera.
Wyful eventually secures a Victory Royale, setting off a noisy shared celebration. Then he acknowledges the unfinished business: "All right, chat, he needs a turn, bro."
