WeRateDogs found a particularly good use for a bald cap: put it on Barbara Bean, a pit bull dressed as Pitbull, complete with sunglasses and a tuxedo. She is among the contenders in "Top 10 Dog Halloween Costumes of 2026," the most-watched of the channel's nine uploads this week.

The countdown makes room for both elaborate construction and a simple visual joke. Tofu and Penny ride inside an oversized Nintendo DS themed around Nintendogs. A greyhound becomes a Greyhound bus. Hershey carries a pizza slice as a subway rat, while Kofi wears a giant snail shell and supplies an appropriately unhurried walk.

That last detail has become a talking point in the comments: viewers keep returning to the snail's commitment to moving slowly. Others single out the cockroach-and-bug-spray pairing, with the owner dressed as the spray can, and Barbara Bean's musician impersonation.

Halloween also supplied "Dogs React to Halloween Decorations," another widely watched upload. The regular roundups continued with "Top 5 Dogs of the Week" and "Top 5 Dogs of October!", while "Puppy Court Episode 17" now has the strongest daily viewing momentum of the channel's videos, above even the costume countdown.

Across the week, WeRateDogs added about 30,000 subscribers. Its weekly views gain was substantial among nearby pet and animal channels, with only Brighter Paws drawing more in that group; Will Atherton Canine Training and Jumping With Ivy had quieter weeks and unchanged subscriber counts.

There was also a different kind of quick response: on "This is Chapparita ❤️‍🩹," WeRateDogs updated the description to say the fundraiser was fully funded in eighteen minutes.
