Video taking off 54x its usual first day

UTV Source's '2024' commercial arrives in 2026 and takes off

Close to sixty thousand views came in its first ten hours, with just two likes and no comments.

Why this story? The video opened at a pace of 92,908 views a day, 54 times a normal first day on this channel (1,708).

Why is a commercial with 2024 in its name only showing up now? The title doesn't explain it. "2024 UTV Source Commercial" went up on the company's own channel on September 29, and within ten hours it had close to 60,000 views.

That pace is roughly fifty times what a new upload here usually manages on its first day. On its own, the ad is on track to bring in more views in a day than the whole channel usually collects, and then some.

The response is harder to see than the audience. So far the video has two likes and no comments. There is no description to say what the spot shows, so the title is all there is: an advertisement from a brand built around UTVs, the side-by-side off-road machines. Elsewhere in the off-road and motorsport corner, several larger channels, Throttlehead and Spenser Wilton among them, are running below their usual pace.

The new upload on UTV Source is a commercial dated two years before it went up.
