The episode opens with an old argument for any Ultimate Team player: the meta squad, or the one with full chemistry? Chris and Matt play two Rivals matches, stick with the meta side and lock it in for FUT Champs. They leave the opening of the weekend league itself for the next episode.

The series, four parts in, has carried the whole week. Episode three, with its first holographic card, is the most watched of the fifteen uploads. Its comments are mostly about the brothers. Viewers point out that Matt calls nearly every player who touches the ball brilliant, Chris reacts to walkouts as if he has caught his hand in a door, and long-time watchers count back to FIFA 14. A short about Ronaldo sending them "back to 2016" is climbing too.

Views ran at roughly nine times the channel's usual pace across the week, though the subscriber count did not move. Among similar channels, More Chuff and BFordLancer had the biggest weeks, and AJ3 doubled its usual pace. For TWOSYNC, the jump came from the brothers playing one team together, episode by episode.
