Season passes, Night Runners and a Vauxhall VXR on BlackPanthaa's twelve-upload week
A day-old look at why Forza Horizon 6 is not alone in its post-launch troubles is the freshest thing on the racing-game channel.

Mentally I'm Still Here...
No round number this time, but plenty of racing. BlackPanthaa put up twelve videos in seven days, and nearly all of them circle the same question: what is this year's crop of car games getting wrong, and who is getting it right?
Forza Horizon 6 supplied most of the grievances. One upload says the game "RUINED Its Best 'New' Car," with a Vauxhall VXR in the tags and a description that sighs it can't even be mad anymore; another, "Forza Horizon 6 forgot it again...," returns to an Astra VXR. The newest, "It's NOT Just Forza...," widens the lens to season passes and car passes, arguing that a rough post-launch stretch is an industry habit rather than one studio's problem. Barely a day old, it is already the channel's busiest video by a distance.
The warmer side of the week belonged to other games. "A Racing Game in Japan That UNDERSTANDS JAPAN..." is about Night Runners, with an AE86 in the tags and a description asking for around 300 customization parts everywhere. There was early access to a new game tagged for Wreckreation, and a return to Need for Speed Heat's Evo 1.3 mod with a Skyline.
Overall the channel is running below its usual daily views, perhaps a lull between bigger moments. Among its neighbors in sports and racing games, TWOSYNC and AJ3 are the ones having the lively stretch, while NepentheZ and bateson87 sit close to normal.
