The pet hotel's overnight guest was supposed to stay out of trouble. Instead, according to a report revisited by Ukraine's Television News Service (TSN), a cat named Xiaopi roamed the premises and mated with several female cats.
This is an archive story from 2019, not a new incident. Reposted in the channel's "Bestsellers" series, the Short drew about 337,000 views since yesterday.
The studio presenter says Xiaopi's owners had warned staff that their pedigree cat was not neutered. According to the report, staff nevertheless allowed him to move freely around the hotel, and surveillance cameras recorded at least five matings during the night.
The report says Xiaopi became exhausted afterward and received a glucose drip. It also describes the consequences for the other guests: owners of the female cats were upset, and were offered financial compensation and help with any resulting kittens.
The upload is titled "Кіт-ловелас влаштував бурхливу ніч! Бестселери ТСН," meaning "Womanizing cat causes a wild night! TSN Bestsellers." Its on-screen date makes clear that this brief animal-hotel tale comes from the broadcaster's older coverage.
