The School of Life's couples video pulls twice its short's pace
Both uploads went up on the same Wednesday, and the longer look at closeness and distance is gathering views a little more than twice as fast as the animated short on despair.
Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.
Why Every Couple Struggles With Closeness and Distance
Four days old, "Why Every Couple Struggles With Closeness and Distance" is already past a hundred thousand views and is the busiest thing on The School of Life. Its companion from the same day, "How to Get Out of a Despairing Mood #theschooloflife #animation #facts", is a short animated piece. It has found a smaller crowd so far, moving at well under half the pace of the couples video.
One older title is still in the picture. "Why Heartbroken People Make the Best Lovers" is eleven days old and holds a slightly larger total than the new couples video, but it is now gathering views far more slowly. Love and its difficulties make up two of the channel's three busiest videos right now.
The subscriber count held still at just under ten million. Among the self-improvement and productivity channels, The School of Life sits first of nine by subscribers, a step above Jordan B Peterson, with Ali Abdaal and Mel Robbins next in line.
