The archive became the answer. Crime Zone opens its Halloween compilation by explaining that a copyright claim on the previous video disrupted the schedule, prompting a return to five cases from earlier uploads.
These aren't simply the old videos stitched together. The channel says each story has been completely re-edited and none had previously been presented on camera. "When Halloween Ends In REAL Horror (True Crime Compilation)" drew roughly 77,000 views, making it the most watched of the week's three new uploads.
Its opening case concerns Marvin Brandland, who was shot after a masked intruder came to his Iowa home near Halloween in 1982. The episode follows the investigation through a later cold-case review, including DNA testing on a discarded pillowcase that yielded insufficient genetic material. Other chapters revisit Doreen Erbert's murder, Chelsea Bruck's disappearance and the killings of roommates Leslie Mazzara and Adriane Insogna in Napa.
The two Crimes Of The Week editions broadened the focus to North American and international reporting. The North American installment, whose title highlights a Spirit Halloween attack and a Bridle Path home invasion, is currently bringing in the most daily views. An older compilation organized around property transactions also remains active.
Crime Zone added about 1,000 subscribers over the week, although its daily viewing is below its usual level. Nearby in the true-crime group, Attorney Larry Forman is drawing above-usual daily views, while Well, I Never has had a quieter week with no subscriber gain. Crime Zone's own week combined fresh crime roundups with a newly presented version of its case archive.
