According to the description, the conversation starts from reports that Manchester City have been found guilty of all but one of the Premier League charges against them. From there the panel works through the options the description lays out: a points deduction, relegation, expulsion from the league, and whether City's titles should be stripped and handed to Manchester United and Liverpool.

The Premier League brought the charges in early 2023 over alleged breaches of its financial rules, and the case has hung over English football ever since.
