1 year post breakup
"1 year post breakup" is the video doing most of the work on rekrap1 right now. It is a title that reads more like a diary entry than a Minecraft upload, and nearly two weeks after it went up it is still finding thousands of new viewers a day. It has passed 800,000 views, with nothing new from Parker to share the attention: the week went by without a single upload.
Behind it sit two very different videos. "Most dangerous Hardcore run yet" is the usual business of a channel built on Minecraft, a run where one death ends everything. The other is older and has the better backstory. "Racing Kai Cenat and Speed (all 4 Minecraft Bosses)" pits Parker against two of the biggest streamers around, and its description admits he simply forgot to post it, having recorded it the day the pair started streaming their own run. Fifty-six days later it has passed two million views and is still moving.
Without fresh videos, the channel ran well below its usual daily pace, though it still added around 690,000 views over the week and about a thousand subscribers. Among Minecraft creators of a similar size, that was a middle-of-the-pack week. JoofyLooby and TheobaldTheBird were the busiest, while PearlescentMoon was running well above her own usual pace. Hermitcraft regulars cubfan135 and rendog had a quiet week.
