When Harry Kane told Jose Mourinho he wanted to be like "RONALDO & MESSI." 🤩🙏📈

Jose Mourinho is only on his second day at Tottenham when he calls Harry Kane into his office. He wants to establish a relationship, but the conversation quickly moves beyond introductions: how far does Kane want to go?

The answer is Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi territory. With Kane named the 2026 Ballon d'Or winner, Amazon Prime Video Sport has brought that exchange back from All or Nothing: Tottenham. The documentary excerpt has drawn more than 360,000 views in 20 hours, far beyond the channel's usual start for a Short.

Mourinho begins by acknowledging Kane's relationship with Mauricio Pochettino, then makes his own assessment clear: "I have no doubts that you are a leader." He sees the possibility of a global star, not simply an important Tottenham player. Kane, in turn, explains that doing well at Spurs is not the limit of his ambition.

The exchange ends with a fist bump. It is an ordinary enough gesture at the close of a meeting, but the distance between that office conversation and the award gives the clip its point. Viewers are drawing that connection, while others discuss Mourinho's influence on Kane and remember his attacking partnership with Son Heung-min.

A second cut of the same conversation is also drawing an unusually large audience on the channel. Alongside it, Amazon Prime Video Sport has posted Wayne Rooney's earlier backing of Kane for the award: another prediction to revisit after the result.
