- 0:11Gibbs-White is not an urgent sell for Andy, who raises his transfer threshold before the international break.
- 7:10Saliba's return creates a rotation concern for Konsa, even though Andy expects him to play plenty this season.
- 12:55De Cuyper's advanced role offers attacking potential, but returning Brighton players make his minutes harder to predict.
- 17:21Cherki's reduced playing time makes him about as close to a must-sell as Andy will call an FPL player.
- 20:29Andy favours Tavernier among budget midfielders and would choose Nicolas Jackson over Evanilson.
- 25:49Andy hopes to save his free transfers, captain Haaland and adjust only if team news requires it.
Morgan Gibbs-White's dry spell is testing Fantasy Premier League managers' patience, but FPL Andy wants a stronger reason to sell before the international break. Rayan Cherki, on the other hand, has used up his goodwill.
That distinction drives Let's Talk FPL's early Gameweek 10 guide, which has drawn about 107,000 views since yesterday. Rather than treating every disappointing player as an urgent transfer, Andy separates poor returns from the more troublesome problem of not getting enough time on the pitch.
For Gibbs-White, who has struggled for returns since Gameweek 4, his answer is not yet. "I think my threshold to sell players this week would be a little bit higher because we're going into an international break," he says. He examines replacements including Bryan Mbeumo, Morgan Rogers, Pascal Groß and Marcus Tavernier, with Tavernier getting his clearest endorsement among the budget midfielders.
Cherki's verdict marks a change from the faith Andy was still showing before the previous deadline, as we reported here. Reduced minutes have shifted the calculation: "So Cherki for me about as close to a must sell as I'm ever going to say about a player in FPL."
The defenders require more judgement. Andy sees William Saliba's return as a threat to Ezri Konsa's minutes, while Maxim De Cuyper's advanced positioning makes him tempting despite uncertainty over how Brighton's returning players affect his place. Viewers pick up that tension too, asking why the defenders keep delivering points despite repeated warnings about buying them.
The video includes a paid Fantasy Football Hub app segment. Back with his own squad, Andy hopes to save his free transfers, plans to captain Erling Haaland and keeps contingency moves ready if team news forces his hand.
