"Happy Hippo Munches on Pumpkin" needs very little setup, and at nearly 100,000 views, it is The Pet Collective's most watched new upload of the week.

One commenter compares the awkward mouthful to trying to chew an Oreo sideways. Others turn to the practical question of what they do with leftover pumpkins, with one describing a kitchen repertoire stretching from bread and pickles to homebrew.

The week's smaller appetites have their own complications. "Tiny Kitten Yearns for Pasta" puts noodles on the wish list, while "Funny Cat Regrets Asking for Human Treat" gives a cat an ice-cream encounter with an added comic voiceover. That human translation is also the premise of "Talking Animal Shorts That Will Have You Rolling with Laughter!", a compilation in which the team supplies voices for the pets.

Across the channel, roughly nine million views arrived over seven days. Subscribers stayed unchanged, and daily viewing is a little below its usual level. Among nearby animal channels, Natural Habitat Shorts has had a particularly busy week; Aquarium Info and YBS Youngbloods are currently quieter than usual.

The hippos remain among The Pet Collective's busiest clips, but two fresh dog uploads are drawing views faster right now: "Dog Adorably Feels Pregnant Woman's Belly" and "Dog Hates Halloween Animatronics". One offers a gentle encounter, the other a rather less welcoming response to the seasonal decorations.
