MobLand | Season 2 Midseason Trailer | Paramount+

An estate is breached at night, and the Harrigans' troubles only multiply from there. In MobLand's season two midseason trailer, Pierce Brosnan is running short of options, Helen Mirren warns of a family crossroads, and Tom Hardy's Harry has something consequential to say about loyalty.

The trailer drew around 216,000 views in its first fourteen hours, far beyond the usual start for Paramount Plus's short uploads. The comments are unusually busy, too, with viewers asking for the remaining episodes and picking over Harry's declaration.

That declaration gives the montage its sharpest turn. Amid home invasions, gunfire and car pursuits, Hardy says: "I've shown this family respect and loyalty. But now that loyalty has shifted." The trailer doesn't explain where that leaves him. It does surround the line with accusations of deception, an ultimatum and a warning that someone will have to take control of the family empire.

There is a quieter Harry detail occupying viewers as well: his manners. Among the demands to see him unleashed, commenters point out his habit of saying please and thank you. For a trailer full of threats, that is a particularly MobLand contrast: the fixer can remain courteous even as his allegiance changes.
