Vice City gets Modest Pelican's GTA 6 treatment

His only new upload returns to Vice City Definitive Edition, with hydration jokes waiting in the comments.

Modest Pelican Story of October 18, 2026Trari Newsroom

Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

GTA 6 Copied This Game..

Modest Pelican's GTA 6 headline comes with a trip backward: "GTA 6 Copied This Game.." is a gameplay video of GTA Vice City Definitive Edition, not footage of GTA 6. The return to Rockstar's Miami-inspired setting gives his gaming satire a familiar playground of palm trees, crime and conspicuous excess.

His only upload of the week has reached roughly 306,000 views and is drawing the most daily views among his currently busiest videos. Beneath it, the conversation is unmistakably Pelican-shaped. Viewers work his long-running hydration reminder into their arrival announcements, while others recall playing GTA III and Vice City when they were younger. One commenter picks out the distinction between Vice City Stories and the Definitive Edition, a small but important difference for anyone returning to those streets.

The channel added about 674,000 views over seven days, a similar weekly total to Scott The Woz among nearby gaming-commentary channels. Subscribers held steady, and daily viewing is running below Pelican's usual pace.

September's "The Worst Game Ever Made," featuring Agefield High: Rock the School, remains another active draw. So does the older Short "Can you complete Hitman without moving?" Between revisiting Vice City and asking whether an assassin needs to take a single step, Pelican's catalog has plenty of room for questionable plans.
