Whiskey-glazed ham puts Breanna Stark back at the smoker

Her three new uploads span a twice-smoked centerpiece, a baking fallback and a bats-and-black-cats lunchbox.

Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

Mustard goes on first. Before Breanna Stark gets to the whiskey glaze, she coats her ham with a binder and barbecue rub, then puts it in the smoker. Lunchboxes have supplied much of her October theme, but this week's most-watched new upload returns to barbecue.

"Twice-smoked Whiskey Glazed Ham for Thanksgiving 🔥🥃" has drawn about 258,000 views. Breanna keeps the starting point flexible: boneless or bone-in ham will work. The glaze combines butter, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, syrup and whiskey, with repeated brushing after the initial smoking period. Her aside telling Andy he "saw nothing" when the whiskey appears has become a running joke in the comments. Another viewer thanks her for including Celsius, while one asks for more recipes to help with Thanksgiving cooking.

The other uploads take very different kitchen routes: "My go-to dessert recipe as someone who SUCKS at baking! 🫐" and "Spooky bats 🦇 & black cats 🐈‍⬛ for Tuesday's lunchbox!" The lunchbox is the channel's busiest video right now, already above 200,000 views after fourteen hours. Older pumpkin-patch and ghost-and-spider lunch uploads are also among its most active videos, so the seasonal packing ideas have plenty of company.

Breanna added roughly 20,000 subscribers over the week, although daily views are running below their usual pace. Among the nearby cooking channels, Louis Howard recorded a similar subscriber gain, while NYT Cooking and The Stay At Home Chef had quieter weeks for subscriber growth. For Breanna, the new menu stretches from a school lunchbox to a glazed ham with extra sauce served alongside.
